Job Requirements


  • College Graduate
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant Management (preferred, not required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in BS Tourism (preferred, not required)

 Work experience

  • At least 2 years experience as Supervisor, supervise or similar position in a five-star establishment
  • At least 4 years’ experience in F&B in a five-star establishment

 Relevant skills

  • English communication skills (written/verbal)
  • Detail oriented, excellent organization and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Micros, Avero and Netview point
  • Knowledge in F & B operations

Job Description

General Administration

Receive and store stocks

  • Take delivery of stocks.
  • Inventories and store stocks according to enterprise rotating stock cycle.
  • Maintain stock in accordance with company regulations.

Control and order stocks

  • Determine and maintain stock level and records
  • Organize and administer stock take
  • Identify stock loses
  • Process stock order
  • Follow-up orders
  • Prepares the requisition for all necessary food and beverage items (e.g. coffee, milk) and general operating equipment

Monitor work operations

  • Plan and organize workflows. Serves as a role model for employees through teamwork support, attention to
  • detail, quality control and interactions with guests and team member to foster and promote a cooperative

  • Participates in the on-going coaching of F&B team members to ensure optimal effectiveness
  • Abides by the rules and regulations as laid down in the Employees’ Code of Discipline, and assists the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager in reinforcing these guidelines
  • Checks on all staff, inspect their uniforms, ensures proper grooming standards, and assigns meal breaks.

Food and Beverage Service

Provide Food and Beverage Service

  • Prepare area for service
  • Take and process orders
  • Server and clear food and drinks
  • Close down the pantry area
  • Assists guests in choosing their beverage or menu item
  • Takes food and beverage orders as per policy, should the need arise
  • Provide table service of alcoholic beverages
  • Advise customers on alcoholic beverages
  • Serve alcoholic beverages
  • Assigns guest orders to respective servers, informing them of special requests and instructions
  • Ensures Food Safe practices are being followed at all times and the Food Safety plan and Quality Standards are up to date and adhered to.
  • Ensures overall cleanliness of food facilities is of a high standard
  • Ensures safety is a priority for every guest and every team member. Instructs team members to report any unsafe conditions to a Supervisor or Manager. Set the example.
  • Ensures restaurant presentation is maintained at a high level of quality.

Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol

  • Identify customers to whom service may be refused
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages
  • Assist customers to drink within appropriate limits
  • Assist alcohol affected customers
