- Complies with all the Resort Policies, Standard Operating Procedures and licensing laws.
- Ensuring accurate posting in Opera System of Food & Beverage and other charges.
- Receive payments by all payment methods approved by Accounts.
- Provide Currency Exchange service at all times.
- Regularly ensures that the Reception is organized and operating in an efficient standard and checklists are completed and forwarded to Shift Supervisors.
- Adheres to professional, 5 star resort Telephone Etiquette standards.
- Assists in keeping the lobby area clean and tidy, at all times.
