Bez Careers(S) Pte Ltd was incorporated in the year 2007. Our company started with the deployment of candidates to various F&B establishments in Singapore. The positions being filled includes managerial, supervisory, service crews, chefs and other line and staff personnel.
F&B establishments served by us includes casual dining restaurant, fast food chains, fusion restaurants and also fine dining restaurants.
Our client is mostly from Singapore, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Australia, America, Malaysia, India, and China. The interaction with our client from different countries provided us with the opportunity to be exposed to diversified business perception and also cultural differences which proves invaluable to our company’s future expansion to the region.
Riding on the need for more manpower in Singapore, our company was able to introduce students on internship and OJT program to our esteem client in the year 2008. The program proved to be a major success as it was able to complement the client’s existing staff and also to select promising candidates for further grooming in the organization.
In our company, our overseas partners play an important role in assisting us to source for more candidates. Our home base, Singapore, also presents a large base of candidates from all over the world. Due to the need for further overseas collaboration, our company got accreditation with POEA in 2009. We also have counterparts in many other countries including but not limited to Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Taiwan, Indonesia, Australia, China, Korea, Japan, Myanmar, Bangladesh and India whereby they provide us with wide ranging sources of candidates. In order to ensure quality in our processes, our company embarked on ISO 9001 in 2009. The quality processes ensured that we are able to streamline our operations to achieve our Mission of gaining global recognition in the industry.
The year 2009 also marks the deployment of candidates to Australia and the Middle East.
In our quest to gain global recognition, our company embarked on our overseas expansion in 2012. Our company was accredited to be one of the approved manpower vendor for a number of major Casino and Hotel establishment in Macau. The companies being serviced by us are all Public listed companies in both US and Hong Kong.
The year 2012 has also proved to be fruitful for our company in Brunei. We were able to deploy candidates to major companies in Brunei which spans the wholesale, retail, hospitality, media and engineering industry Gaining on the experience of deploying candidates to Gaming Operators in Macau, our company was also able to establish contact with Major Gaming and Hotel operators in Philippines for the deployment of candidates.

In 2013, our company was honored to be presented with the Singapore Business Quality Award. This award is a further testament to our emphasis on quality in our company.
In 2015, our company is honored to be involved in the large-scale recruitment exercise for our client in Macau. The mass recruitment exercise spans to a few territories including Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Korea and Philippines. Our company was also honored to be the sole recruitment company appointed by the client to organize the mass recruitment exercise in Singapore.
Tantamount to our focus on the Gaming and Hotel Industry and also with the experience gained from serving the Major Gaming Operators in Macau, we shall embark on new areas of recruitment for Gaming Operators in Africa and also United States of America.
ACQUISITION OF JOB ORDER
Acquisition of job order (manpower request) from the clients with the job descriptions and compensation package for each position needed.
Shortlisting of candidates will be done by BezCareers(S) and resumes will be sent out to the client.
Client may choose to conduct a Skype interview or they may come down to the country where the candidates are being sourced and do a personal interview for final selection with our assistance through the help of our host partners. Selected Candidates will undergo medical check-up. Employer will process the work permit of all the candidates.
Documents will be sent out to the sourced country and will be processed in Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (For Philippine Candidate only).
Upon completion of the necessary documents, candidates will be deployed to their respective employers.
