- Minimum of 6 to 8 years’ experience in Napoli Pizza Making in hotel / restaurant.
- Prepare authentic handmade Neapolitan pizza based on custom orders .
- Strive to develop top quality and creative pizza menu.
- Monitor consumption and maximize capacity of resources and equipment.
- Maintain a clean cooking station and sterilize equipment.
- Experience in Asia is an advantage.
