- A minimum of 4-years’ experience in facility management firm or related industry.
- Associate’s degree or above in Engineering.
- Must be able to work independently or with a team.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin, Cantonese, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Computer Skills.
- Assist Facility Manager to executive the maintenance plan and all necessary works.
- Assist Facility Manager to lead a team of Technicians to process all FM’s works.
- Oversee / manage daily operation and preventive maintenance of all maintenance, refurbishment, improvement works for both builders and E&M works.
- Analysis all works / maintenance quotations.
