Job Requirements
- Height: female 160cm at least / male 170cm at least
- Have a well-groomed appearance and good attitude
- 1 year of experience as supervisor in a 4-5 star Hotel or quality restaurant
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Provide full-length photograph and portrait photo
Job Description
- Supervise, provide on-job-training, and assist fellow Team Member to perform preparation and setting up in the restaurants for service
- Provide excellent and professional service to all guests, assist on their requests and inquiries, anticipate needs, resolve complaints, and build rapport with the guests
- Liaise with kitchen and beverage teams to maintain a smooth flow of service
- Support restaurant manager in achieving all goals and key performance objectives

- 6 working days per week; daily 8 working hours; 24 hours on shift
