Web Cam Interview
We conduct webcam interview for our candidates that are not in Singapore. Our Client could access our candidates through this “Face to Face” online interview.
On-The-Job Training programme
We provides students from the Colleges / University OJT on 6 months attachment. On-the-job training takes place in a normal working situation, using the actual tools, equipment, documents or materials that trainees will use when fully trained. Trainees could be converted to a full time staff after 6 months.
We provide counseling services to our candidates. We assist them to cope with the difficulties of relocation and acceptance of the unfamiliar aspects of our Country. We help to reduce misunderstanding between both Employers and Employees.
In order to provide our Client with more choices and best staffing needs, we organize interview session abroad for our Clients who are recruiting 10 or more employees. Interviews shall be conducted in the respective country of the selected candidates.
